From the North:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 98. From this exit you will pick up Rt.#34 South. This road should be taken to the intersection where Rts. 70, 34 & 35 meet. (Big intersection). Continue straight through the intersection, the road becomes Rt. 35 South. Go through the first traffic light, before 2nd traffic light on the right there will be an exit for Higgins Avenue. (The sign reads Brielle Community on the River). Continue on Higgins Avenue to Ashley Avenue. Make a left onto Ashley, go one block to stop sign, make a right turn onto Union Lane which will bear immediately to the left where it now becomes Green Avenue. Follow this road over the railroad tracks and approximately one-tenth of a mile past them is The River House on the right hand side.
From the South:
Take Route #70 E. to the big intersection where Rts. 70, 34 & 35 meet. (Big Intersection). Just before the intersection on right is a sign that says Seaside. Take that cut off and you will be traveling on Rt. 35 South. Go through the first traffic light, before 2nd traffic light on right there will be an exit for Higgins Avenue. (The sign reads Brielle Community on the River). Continue on Higgins Avenue to Ashley Avenue. Make a left onto Ashley, go one block to stop sign, make a right turn onto Union Lane which will bear immediately to the left where it now becomes Green Avenue. Follow this road over the railroad tracks and approximately one-tenth of a mile past them is The River House on the right hand side.
